As a Mom I understand accidents happen! It is not a matter of…what if a tea cup breaks?…it's a matter of when! If a child accidentally breaks a piece of china I will swiftly clean it up and give the child a new piece to use. However, if a child is intentionally breaking china I do charge a $5/ piece fee to replace the broken items. You know your child and guests best. If you think there is a chance a guest may intentionally try to break china please request paper tea cups and saucers for your party.

Yes! If you prefer not to use fine china I offer paper tea cups, saucers, and plates for use at your party. The table will still look beautiful with elegantly arranged center pieces and three tiered trays with snacks!

A Terri Tea Party lasts 1.5 hours. During this time the children will dress up, play 3 (or more if time permits) tea party themed games/activities, and enjoy the tea party with snacks. For an additional fee you can add 30 mins longer to your party. Please see Tea Party Extras for more information. 

Yes! Both boys and girls can have fun at a Terri Tea Party. In addition to necklaces, bracelets, rings, purses, and hats I can bring clip-on ties, bow ties, and king crowns for children to wear. Games and snacks are fun for all!

For me to host a Terri Tea Party at your house or the location of your choice you should have a table large enough to seat your guests in addition to a chair for each guest. An average size dining room table or folding table will work. I will ask you for the shape and dimensions of your table when booking to ensure I bring the appropriate size linen for your party. 

If adults would like to participate in the party it is recommended to book a Mommy & Me or Daddy & Me tea party. Otherwise, sit back, relax, and watch your children have fun while I host the party for you! 

I would be happy to talk with you about your preferred theme. Let’s get creative together and plan a unique party! Additional costs may apply if extra supplies need to be purchased for your party. 

It is no problem if you would like to supply your own party favors. I offer party favors as an extra to make a little less work for you!

A Terri Tea Party includes snacks to be eaten at the tea party. The snacks are arranged on a 3 tier tray and include:

A choice of goldfish crackers, pretzels, or veggie sticks

Applesauce pouches

Cookies or mini cupcakes

For “tea” I offer the choice of either fruit punch or apple juice poured from a teapot. I can also provide a tea pot filled with water for any guests who do not want juice but still want to enjoy drinking from a fancy tea cup. 

At this time I do not offer any catering options for party food. You are welcome to provide additional food but it is not necessary for the children to enjoy the tea party. In my experience when children are offered more of a meal such as pizza or chicken nuggets at a party they tend to take a few bites and then move right on to cake! I believe this makes kid friendly snacks the perfect alternative.
